Will I see the memorial design before it is made?

Yes. Personalized memorial orders include a design-proof step before production. Production begins after the proof is approved.

What type of photograph should I send?

Use the clearest original photograph you have, preferably with the face and eyes visible. If you are uncertain, upload two or three options and we will help select the strongest one.

Can you work with an older or imperfect photograph?

Often, yes. Send the best version available and explain what matters most. We will tell you honestly what can be achieved before proceeding.

Can I change the wording?

Yes. Names, dates and memorial wording can be personalized. Longer wording may require layout adjustments.

How long will my order take?

Timing depends on the product, proof approval and current workload. Your expected production time will be confirmed before the order is finalized.

Do you ship?

Shipping and local delivery or pickup options are shown or confirmed during ordering. Large or fragile pieces may require special arrangements.

What happens after I submit the form?

MCM reviews your information and photograph, then contacts you personally with the appropriate next step. Submitting a request does not obligate you to purchase.
